Job Title: Accounting Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accounting professional to oversee and streamline our accounting operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/accounts receivable, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review financial statements.
• Ensure accurate tax filings and coordination with external auditors.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting in collaboration with leadership.
• Manage vendor and customer accounts with accuracy and efficiency.
• Implement and maintain internal controls and financial policies.
• Support business decisions with financial insights.

Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting tools and MS Excel.
• Prior experience handling accounting for e-commerce businesses preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Education: CA Inter or MBA Finance preferred. Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or D2C accounting roles.

Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Accounts Payable Executive for our client, a reputed asset management company based in Thane. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 5 years of accounts payable experience, strong knowledge of vendor invoice processing, and MS Excel proficiency. This is a 6-day working role, managed through third-party payroll.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process and verify vendor invoices with accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain and update accounts payable records
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors regarding payment queries
• Prepare reports and summaries using Microsoft Excel
• Assist in month-end closing and audit support

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field (preferred)
• 4–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Vendor Invoice Processing
• Strong command of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reports)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems is a plus

Work Schedule:
• Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days Working)
• Timings: Regular office hours
