Accounts Payable Clerk - Contract
Paying between £15 - £20 p/hour
Cobalt is working with a market-leading Real Estate company looking for an interim Senior Accounts Payable individual to join their team, on a contract.
Key Responsibilities
• Inputting invoices
• Processing invoices from initially loading them on the property management system to matching, batching, and coding them
• Frequent payment runs including BACS and CHAPS runs
• Setting up new suppliers on the system
• Liaising with suppliers via phone and email to resolve queries quickly and efficiently
• Opportunity to assist with preparing the management accounts, including accruals, prepayments, and journals
Personal Specification
• Real Estate knowledge is beneficial
• Excellent communicator
• Strong attention to detail
