Accelerated Growth is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager with 10-15 years of Accounting experience. Candidate must have prior experince in US GAAP general accounting and financial statement preparation.

Job Responsibilities
• Execute accounts payable project oversight and deliverables
• Handling complete accounts payable process
• Work in close coordination with US based team on a daily basis
• Administer and supervise the daily account payable work with emphasis on quality and timely delivery
• Supervise and ensure quality standards of accounting transactions by the team
• Manage team performance metrics and responsible for team performance
• Work towards continual talent development
• Manage project deliverables and client engagements
• Display excellent leadership skills and manage internal/external expectations
• Preparing and maintaining accounts payable reports
• Ensure that reports sent to clients are accurate and sent within scheduled timeframes
• Identify areas for process efficiency improvement and implement
• Develop training content and deliver technical accounting and finance training to team members
Requirements for Successful Candidate
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and MBA in Finance or CA/Inter CA certification
• Managed team(s) having at least 15-20 team members
• Prior experience in an Accounts Payable Management role for a US based firm
• Knowledge of QuickBooks™ and other US accounting systems
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office
• Organizational skills to manage a team and client engagements
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic
• Proactive approach to accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Leadership and team management skills
• Possesses a combination of both problem-solving and innovation skills to attend to several technical production challenges
