Job Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage the purchase transactions of soybeans for our client’s facilities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all operations.
• Prepare and facilitate timely and precise payments to vendors across multiple facilities, maintaining a high level of financial integrity.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to the grain accounting department, providing exceptional customer service and fostering positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage electronic filing tasks, ensuring all documents are accurately recorded and easily accessible.
• Perform additional duties as requested by the administration and merchandising departments, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to the company’s overall success.
