As our Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for processing vendor bills in Oracle Fusion and expense reports in Concur.
You will...
• Code invoices, review for appropriate documentation and approvals, process payments
• Record and reconcile credit card transactions
• Respond to internal and vendor inquires
• Resolve price/volume discrepancies with vendors
• Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
• Assist accounting team with monthly accruals
• Review/audit employee expense reports via Concur
• Participate in system enhancements/automation
• Provide support for audits and ad hoc projects
• Assist with cash reconciliation by matching bank transactions to ERP Transactions
• Pull Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable invoices from ERP system to assist the tax department with VAT filing
• Required: Accommodate the US working hours from 7am PST to 10am PST
You have...
• 5+ years accounts payable experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong sense of ownership and desire to take on additional responsibilities
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Thorough knowledge of applicable accounts payable procedures and chart of accounts
• Ability to multi-task with strong emphasis on meeting deadlines
• Experience with employee’s expense reimbursement process
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
• Proficient with Excel
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP and Concur a plus
