JOB DESCRIPTION

TITLE: Accounts Payable Specialist

WORK DAYS/HOURS: Required Monday – Friday (Saturdays as necessary), 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, or as required to complete daily job responsibilities

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following duties:
• Process accounts payable ACH batch per the payables schedule.
• Work closely with and monitor Project Managers and Project Coordinators for invoice and PO approvals.
• Maintain vendor files and insurance documentation.
• Maintain good vendor management and relations.
• Collect credit card receipts, manage coding and prepare monthly credit card account reconciliations.
• Maintain and manage invoice and expense gathering and preparation for weekly check payments.
• Create and maintain financial filing systems for the company to audit standards.
• Maintain a company licensing renewal schedule reportable to the Controller & CFO.
• Assist Senior Accounting staff in other duties as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
