We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to oversee all Accounts Payable functions and monitor the outflow of funds. Our Finance team is crucial to our organization by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations so we can focus on what we care about most: making the GoodLife possible!

Some duties include:
• Performing all aspects of Accounts Payable functions across the organization
• Training support staff on Accounts Payable functions
• Tracking and initiating payment of approved purchases and contracts

Some qualifications:
• Associate's degree and minimum 1 year of relevant experience (adequate relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirement)
• Knowledge of computerized accounting systems and business office software
• Ability to work on-site with consistent and punctual attendance
• Attention to detail with strong organizational and reconciliation skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion in the disclosure of information
