Working under the direction of the Finance Director, this position performs Accounts Payable functions to include invoice input, check disbursals, invoice maintenance, and record tracking on accounts.
Performs asset management functions at the direction of the Finance Director.
Prepare, compose and type correspondence and reports using computers and other office equipment.
Adheres to state and federal guidelines regarding 10++ reporting, state taxes, and W-+ recording and maintenance.
Assists Finance Director with projects.
Works alongside a highly motivated and innovative team who value work autonomy.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, Caselle software experience preferred.
Knowledge in Accounts Payable functions preferred.
Must be detail-oriented.
Perform a wide array of tasks under tight deadlines.
Knowledge in excel programs.
Ability to type in a speed for successful job performance, including 10-key.
Ability to operate a personal computer utilizing various programs, including Microsoft Office, to produce and compose documents.
Ability to use judgment and personal initiative in coordinating, organizing, and reviewing the assigned office duties.
Professional and courteous.
Ability to work well with other people.
Reliability and good attendance.
Problem solving attitude and approach.
Enthusiastic, confident, outgoing, helpful, and committed.
Must be able to pass criminal and credit background check.
