Job Description
As a seasoned finance professional, you will oversee the full scope of Accounts Payable processes within our organization. Your primary responsibility is to ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices in accordance with company policy.
Key areas of focus include:
• Maintaining workflow efficiency to meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Improving invoice auto-matching rates through automation of key reports
• Developing and implementing AP processes to enhance productivity and quality of the team
• Collaborating with the global and local teams on new pilot projects and transitions
You will also be responsible for:
• Monitoring team performance and providing timely feedback
• Ensuring backup processes exist for all tasks
• Tracking and maintaining metrics for various data points, including productivity and error rates
We are seeking a skilled professional who can work closely with the GBS NA team on process-related queries, transition plans, and escalations. Strong communication and project management skills are essential for this role.
