Responsibilities
- Knowledge of end-to-end AR process
- Understanding of Revenue Recognition according to US GAAP
- Understanding of DSO
- Timely and Correct booking of Invoices and collections received from customer
against invoices
- Booking adjustment for discount, refunds, advances and write offs
- Customer account reconciliation and maintaining customer records/MIS
- Preparation of accounts receivable ageing and analysis
- Adheres to control and policy requirements
- Handling audit queries and resolution
- Ensure accuracy, timely execution and in compliance with accounting principles
Qualification, Experience/Competencies
- Graduate/ Post-Graduate from Commerce Stream
- 2-5 years of relevant experience within finance shared services in AR/OTC domain
Other Skills
- Good communication skills to interact superiors and other stakeholders
- Good analytical and time management skills
- Well planned, organized with keen attention to detail
- Strong English communication skills
Technology/ERP
- Must have working knowledge of Dynamix 365
- Working Knowledge of MS office (mainly MS excel)
- Customer billing and invoice generation
• Salary: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
