Dear Applicants,
Job Responsibilities:
Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments
Finding and contacting debtors to arrange debt payoffs
Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity
Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
Investigate historical data for each debt or bill
Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments
Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
Process payments and refunds
Resolve billing and customer credit issues
Update account status records and collection efforts
Support FP&A Team by providing required data on time
Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
Liaison with Team in connection with Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly book close activities and other reporting requirements
Support the audit deliverables (statutory/internal and tax audit) on time and with a high degree of accuracy.
Years Of Experience - Min 1 year into relevant field
Qualification: Any Graduate
Working Days: 5 Days (Saturday & Sunday week offs)
Shift Timings: 10 am to 7 pm (General Day shift)
Currently following the hybrid model of work.
