Your new companyAn award-winning business based in Newcastle are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their busy team on a full time permanent basis. Your new roleAs the Accounts Receivable Assistant, you will be responsible for the following:
Monthly reporting and management of levels of arrears
Telephone/ Email contacts to progress with payments and letter follow-ups
Ensuring internal systems are regularly updated
Instructing and following-up legal proceedings
Liaising with customers regarding their account queries
Monthly review of Bad Debt Write-offs
Any other duties that may be requested by the Manager to ensure the efficient running of the Department.
