About the Company
Our client is a globally recognised company that houses well-known and much loved brands. They pride themselves on producing innovative products and investing heavily in the training and development of their people to ensure long-term success.
They are currently seeking two AR Officers to join their team on either a permanent or 6-month contract basis.
For training, you must be able to be based in the Gold Coast office however once competent, you can work in the Brisbane CBD office (still maintaining one day each week from the GC) and enjoy one to two days work-from-home.
About the Role
As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient and accurate financial operations, ensuring seamless transactions, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships. Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing stakeholder relationships to provide high-quality customer service
Invoicing, ensuring accuracy of fees, and promptly finalising accounts
Raising credit notes and managing debt collection, including arranging payment plans
Performing monthly reconciliations against financial records, investigating and resolving discrepancies
Maintaining and updating customer Masterfile data to ensure records are current and accurate
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Experience in Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, reconciliations, and debt management
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
A proactive and collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs, and Pivot Tables
