Job Description: We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our healthcare team. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, including billing, collections, and resolving payment discrepancies.
Responsibilities
Manage accounts receivable
Prepare and submit accurate and timely bills to insurance companies and patients
Follow up on outstanding balances and resolve payment discrepancies
Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to ensure timely processing of claims
Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all activities in the patient's medical record
Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
Requirements
4 to 5 years of experience in working with accounts receivable
Excellent written and spoken English skills
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work the designated night shift
Shift Timing : (NIGHT SHIFT - 7 PM TO 3 AM)
Salary: Up to 30k to 45k, (depending on experience and qualifications.)
