Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• * Process and post accounts receivable transactions, including invoices, payments, and adjustments.
• * Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable aging reports to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
• * Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and documentation.
• * Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• * Assist with general ledger entries and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• * Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to resolve billing discrepancies and inquiries.
• * Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• * Assist with payroll processing and other accounting-related tasks as needed.
• * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• * Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelors degree preferred).
• * Proven experience in accounts receivable, general accounting, or a similar role.
• * Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
• * Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• * Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• * Familiarity with accounting principles and best practices.
• Experience:
• * Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting roles.
• * Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
• * Prior experience in a corporate or fast-paced work environment is a plus.
• Working Hours:
• * Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• * Flexibility for occasional overtime or extended hours based on business needs.

• * Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• * Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
