Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivables/Payables/Payroll Officer to join our team at Mr Fresh Pty Ltd in Footscray, VIC on a full-time basis. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll processing to ensure the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
What you'll be doing
Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, credit control and cash allocation
Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers
Administer the payroll function, including calculating wages, processing superannuation and tax payments, and generating payslips
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
Provide support with month-end and year-end accounting processes
Assist with ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis as required
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
What we're looking for
Relevant tertiary qualification in accounting or finance
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in an accounts receivable, accounts payable or payroll role
Proficient in the use of accounting software, such as Xero
Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
