Job description
Work timings:1:00pm to 10:00pm IST:
- Monday to Friday &
6:00pm to 3:00am IST - Monday to Friday
• Work from Home available after initial training and probationary period
• Responsibilities for Supervisor:
- Create and analyze liability, asset, and capital accounts by compiling electronic data and required documentation
- Summarize and prepare financial status and transactions reports, including a profit and loss statement, and other necessary reports
- Comply with all federal, state, and local protocols including legal requirements, and interpret new and existing legislation
- Guide junior accountants and other staff by answering questions and coordinating informational classes
• Qualifications for Supervisor:
- Two years' experience working with intercompany transactions and reconciliation in preparation for audit
- Minimum qualification being Bachelor of Commerce. Inter-CA and Postgraduates will be given preference.
- Working experience in US accounting software like Quickbooks Online, Quickbooks Desktop, Xero, Zoho, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a leadership role and supervise up to 5 junior-level subordinates
- Experience in coordinating team training and certifications
- Must be a good communicator, and have established skills in accuracy, organization, and working in a high-volume environment
