Job Description
• Candidate will be responsible for US bookkeeping and accounting, payroll, analyzing general Ledger, and accounts receivables/-payables.
• Candidate will be responsible to handle and coordinate with clients and management teams.
• Understands the handling of corporate accounts such as reclassification entries, financial entries, reports generation, and other financial documents.
• Must be good in Budgeting, Financial Planning, and Analysing & Controlling.
• Finalization and annual closure of monthly/quarterly/yearly books for USA and India Offices.
• Shifts Timings are 8:30am to 5:30 pm may change depending on the working requirement)
• 2+ years of experience in US-based public accounting.
Skills Required
• Strong knowledge of Quick books, Xero, Sage and Netsuite.
• Candidate who has cleared CA Inter or worked with CPA.
• Good Hands-on experience of US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting principles) and IFRS.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of MS Office especially MS Excel, Power BI and ,have understanding of creating MIS reporting.
• Prepare and submit Sales and Tax return, US Tax return 1040,1065,1120,1120S.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
