Your Role:

As the Acquisition Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing an integrated approach to our brand and marketing activities to drive the growth and retention of our member base. As the go-to-market (GTM) lead, you will manage the end-to-end campaign development cycle including creative development, rolling out assets and results tracking.

Key responsibilities include:

Day to day management of the marketing activities including creative development, paid media execution, ongoing content management and performance tracking to meet business goals and targets.
Develop and maintain website content.
Support the integration of acquisition and retention member communications into campaigns.
Support marketing campaign rollout to our distribution teams.
Work with external media buying agencies to drive efficient marketing spend.
Manage digital channel lead optimisation.
Track and report on campaign performance and manage the budget.
Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform activities.
About You:

2-3 years in similar roles, preferably within the advertising requirements within the financial services industry.
Experience developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns including creative development.
Solid understanding of digital channels including website, paid media and social media.
Experience in campaign tracking using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
Ideally experience in managing website content via an open-source CMS.
Advanced communication skills (written/verbal).
Advance skills with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud programs and Canva.
Strong attention to detail.
Deadline and results driven.
Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
