Job Description
The National Investigation Agency (NIA) is inviting applications for the post of Additional Legal Advisor, on a deputation basis.
Location: Delhi
No. of Posts: 01
Pay-Scale: Rs. 1,23,100-2,15,+00/- per month
Educational Qualification: LL.B.
Eligibility
• Officers under the Central Government / State Government / Union Territory / Autonomous Statutory or Organization or Public Sector Undertaking or University or recognized Research Institutions-
• (i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis; or
(ii) With five years' regular service in post in the Pay Level 12 (Rs. 78800-20+200) in the Pay Matrix in the parent cadre/ Department or equivalent;
• Possessing the educational qualifications and experience:-
• degree in Law of a recognized University; and
(ii) Twelve years' experience as an Advocate in conducting criminal cases or Twelve years' experience in State Judicial Service or in the Legal Department of a State Government or Central Government or Union Territory or Statutory organization or Public Sector Undertaking or University or recognized Research Institution.
