Job Description
• We are seeking hard-working and result-driven candidates to lead our sales & marketing efforts in Goa and Rajasthan independently. The role would involve building our business with hotels and resorts in respective regions.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Director in building and executing growth strategies for the company
• Meet Sales targets to grow the business and promote our products to hotels
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and emerging market trends
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Provide exceptional customer service, including responding to inquiries and complaints promptly
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in hotel management, marketing, business administration, or a related field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to travel (for trade shows or meetings)
