Description de l’offre d’emploi

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) adjoint(e) dynamique et organisé(e) pour soutenir un expert maritime dans la gestion des tâches administratives, la coordination des rendez-vous et la production de rapports. Si vous avez le souci du détail et aimez travailler dans un environnement structuré, cette opportunité est pour vous !

Salaire : 28,00$ /heure ou à discuter selon l’expérience du candidat(e)

Responsabilités : Gérer les communications (courriels et appels). Coordonner et planifier les rendez-vous et déplacements. Préparer, rédiger et mettre en page des rapports d’expertise. Assurer le suivi des dossiers et la gestion documentaire.

Profil recherché : Expérience en administration, secrétariat ou un poste similaire (un atout). Excellente maîtrise du français (oral et écrit). Bonne connaissance des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, Outlook). Sens de l’organisation, rigueur et autonomie. Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément. Bilinguisme un atout.
