Adjoint(e) juridique bilingue en droit commercial

Lieu de travail :
Centre-ville de Montréal, QC

Mode de travail :
Poste hybride, débutant à temps plein en présentiel, puis passant à un horaire hybride (3 jours par semaine au bureau) après la période de formation et de probation.

Horaire de travail :
Horaire de jour, du lundi au vendredi, 34 heures par semaine (1,25 heure pour le dîner par jour), avec compensation des heures supplémentaires au-delà de 34 heures.

Langues :
Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (bilinguisme requis).

Salaire : 80k+ selon l'expérience

Aperçu du rôle :

Nous recherchons un(e) adjoint(e) juridique compétent(e) et minutieux(se) pour soutenir l’équipe de litige de notre client. Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) jouera un rôle essentiel dans la gestion efficace des dossiers, le suivi administratif et la communication avec les clients.

Responsabilités principales :

Préparer et assurer le suivi des procédures juridiques, correspondances et autres documents
Rédiger des documents juridiques courants, y compris des lettres, contrats et avis
Maintenir à jour ses connaissances des règles, procédures et exigences liées aux dossiers
Soutenir les professionnels dans la gestion des dossiers, la planification et l’organisation de leur agenda
Communiquer de manière professionnelle avec les clients pour assurer un suivi ponctuel
Réviser et corriger les documents pour en garantir l'exactitude et la clarté
Effectuer des tâches administratives, y compris l'allocation des dépenses et d'autres responsabilités connexes
Qualifications :

Exigées :

DEC en secrétariat juridique
Minimum de 4 ans d’expérience comme adjoint(e) juridique au Québec, idéalement en litige ou en droit commercial
Bilinguisme français/anglais
Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft 365

Hybrid, starting off full time in-office and moving to hybrid (3 days per week in office) after training and probation period.
Salary: 80k+ depending on experience

Working Hours:

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support our client’s litigation team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth workflow, file management, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and follow up on legal procedures, correspondence, and other documents
Draft routine legal documentation, including letters, contracts, and notices
Maintain knowledge of rules, procedures, and file requirements
Support professionals with file management, scheduling, and agenda maintenance
Communicate professionally with clients to ensure timely follow-ups
Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and clarity
Handle administrative tasks, including expense allocations and other duties as needed
Qualifications:

Required:

DEC in legal secretarial studies

Bilingual proficiency in French and English
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools
