Job Description
1. Visit the Employees' State Insurance (ESI) and Provident Fund (PF) offices as required to manage and facilitate employee benefits and compliance with statutory requirements.
2. Handle the procurement of office supplies and equipment necessary for the smooth functioning of the office.
3. Maintain records of office inventory, including stationary, furniture, and other essential items.
4. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the purchase of office supplies, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
5. Assist in the onboarding process of new employees by providing necessary administrative support, including documentation and orientation.
6. Manage office facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and utilities, to ensure a safe and comfortable working environment for employees.
7. Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and managing office communications.
8. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, including venue selection, catering, and logistical arrangements.

10. Collaborate with other departments to support their administrative needs and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization.
11. Keep abreast of changes in labor laws, statutory regulations, and government policies related to employee benefits, ESI, and PF schemes.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
3. Familiarity with ESI, PF, and other statutory regulations related to employee welfare and benefits.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in MS Office applications and office management software.
7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
8. Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
