Job Description
• Office Management: Admins help manage daily office operations by organizing and maintaining files, records, and documents. They may handle scheduling, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel arrangements.
• Communication: Admins serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. They handle phone calls emails, and other correspondence, and ensure timely and accurate communication within the organization.
• Data Entry and Reporting: Admins may be responsible for data entry tasks, including updating databases, spreadsheets, or other systems. They may also generate reports or assist with data analysis.
• Documentation and Filing: Admins maintain accurate records and filing systems. They organize and store documents, contracts, invoices, and other administrative paperwork
