Roles and Responsibilities:
• Perform photocopying, coordinating meetings/appointments, typing, faxing, ordering and maintaining supplies, arranging travel, preparing, and sorting mail.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers, providing information requiring some explanation or interpretation.
• Answer questions related to established policies and procedures, directing people to the appropriate resources.
• Coordinate projects and assignments of broader scope, independently seeking appropriate internal and external resources as necessary.
• Assemble and distribute materials, compile and/or track data, and verify the accuracy of data collected.
• Make decisions within established guidelines regarding planning, organizing, and scheduling of work.
• Create and type routine documents (letters, memos, emails, presentations, etc.) and revise as necessary; ensure accuracy in grammar and spelling.
• Manage work in a confidential manner, ensuring information is shared with internal and external individuals appropriately.
• Handle confidential information such as department or employee-sensitive information (e.g., employee salaries).
• Achieve Boston Quality goals and complete mandatory e-learning courses.
• Ensure awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet, comply with, and champion all quality and regulatory commitments of company.
• Demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance with the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
• Assure that appropriate resources (personnel, tools, etc.) are maintained to ensure Quality System compliance and adherence to the BSC Quality Policy.
• Establish and promote a work environment that supports the Quality Policy and Quality System.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
