Description
Interact with leads on the future students for the purpose of converting leads into confirmed admissions
Maintain a constant communication channel with leads through phone, email, chat and social media during the pre and post-sales processes
Maintain a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and provide constant feedback to the department head
Achieving the weekly targets in a high pressure performance driven competitive environment
Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with the students and parents
Maintain liaison with schools, colleges and educational institution
Eligibility: Minimum graduation degree in any discipline. Minimum 5-6 years of experience in academic counselling or experienced in marketing in the education industry. Candidates with 2-3 years of sales / counselling experience from education industry would be preferred. However candidates with sales & marketing experience from banking & finance / hospitality / insurance sector may also apply.
