Location : Kavuri Hills, Hyderabad
Preferable: Two-wheeler
• Should be good at managing administrative activities involving housekeeping, security, stationery, and accommodation booking etc.
• Identify administration related vendors, getting the quotations, meeting the vendors, making proposals, making purchase requisitions, contracts etc.
• Responsible to arrange and manage House-Keeping, Stationary, Guest House and Security Services Good in handling statutory compliance.
• Maintaining office infrastructure and facilities, company guest house, managing repairs, maintenance, appliances, vehicles, AMC's etc.
• Manage company assets and ready to work in flexible timing.
• Coordinate for the requirements of new employees on - business cards, access cards, information etc.
• Monitor and Control daily housekeeping services.
Planning and preparing monthly MIS of admin facilities reports pertaining to the project, managing departmental related concerns.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
