Job Description:
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes for day to day running of the organisation
Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses.
Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
Monitor inventory of office supplies, equipments and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation / cost tracking
Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians)
Ensure business operations adhere to policies and regulations
Sourcing & Managing Vendors for various business needs like Travel, Stay, local transport, office supplies, event related needs etc.
Perform administrative work (answering phones, paperwork etc.)
Assist the Production Manager with shoot requirements and vendor coordination
Assist the HR department with paperwork and additional support as and when needed.
Requirements and skills:
Proven experience as administration manager
In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent organisational and multi-tasking ability
Resourcefulness, Problem-solving attitude and attention to details
A team player with great communication skills
Willing to work flexible hours / days as per the sports / shoot calendar
