• Job Responsibility
1) Act as the point of contact among Directors, employees, clients, and other external partners.
2) Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
3) Manage Director's calendars and set up meetings.
4) Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
5) Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
6) Send proforma invoices/quotations to parties, filling up of government tenders.
7) Take minutes during meetings.
8) Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
+) Organize and maintain the office filing system.
10) Collect and send samples through courier, pick up courier
