Job Description:
Maintain office equipment and coordinate other general office maintenance
Handling entire gamut of general administration functions such Housekeeping, Security, office boys etc.
Manage Jr Admin Assistant and keep a tap on Travel tickets, Aaccommodations, Stationery, Printing Requirements, Dispatch of Documents, tap on Misc. Coordination for Sir’s Farm & House work (if any).
Be a key point of communication for external vendors/visitors.
Facilitating effective cost control and cost reduction
Manage & Maintain Telephone connection, activation/deactivation & payment arrangement.
Check monthly expenditure in administrative activity like telephone, electricity bill etc
Proper filing and record keeping of expenses bill and other documents
Mandatory Skills:
Good Understanding on Internet Usage
Basic knowledge in Using Excel and Word
Ability to work in Team
