Job Description
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the other Bvoc department, including coordination, work planning, and administrative support.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operational processes and activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
Previous experience in operations or administrative roles is advantageous.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with relevant software applications
