Job Description
1 Managing day-to-day operations of Security and Housekeeping staff.
2 Maintaining vendor Invoice documents of office purchase.
3 Maintaining Mobile CUG , Broadband and lease line connection details
4 Procurement of stationery and house-keeping consumables for the company.
5 Maintaining Asset documents and Agreements of the company for records.
6 Checking and updating monthly attendance of Housekeeping
7 Maintaining check list, files and records of petty cash and Vendor bills
8 Managing the day-to-day operations of Pantry.
+ Maintaining Vendor bills to be submitted to the management within the given time period with Excel approval list.
10 Well knowledge in Excel for vendor approval and assets maintenance.
11 Handling and maintaining records of cleaning consumables.
12 Organizing and maintaining files and records of vendors.
13 Managing repair and maintenance of office equipment’s, appliances, furniture, furnishings, Air Conditioner etc. whenever required.
14 Specialization in handling back office operations, inter-office correspondence, monthly billing, cheques , handling petty cash etc.
15 Knowledge to Operate Generator when EB power go off and train Security.
16 Purchase knowledge of computer and office equipment
17 Has to go the out side purchase when required
18 Has to learn Bar Code printing – company will give training.
