Job Description
To ensure success as a front office executive, you should have extensive experience in office management, the ability to work as part of a team, and the ability to respond quickly to requests from management.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain all databases and records
· Perform basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies.
· Assisting and coordinating with the admission team.
· Assisting the Front Office team
· Assisting with inventory control
· Organizing meetings and updating calendars
· Assisting and supporting management
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree
· Previous work experience as an Office Executive.
· Excellent organizational skills
· Knowledge of Excel and MS Office
· Ability to work as part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
