Admin Executive: - Assisting in the planning of company events. - Coordinating new hire orientations. - Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters. - Handling Front Office along with Facilities Management - Vendor / visitor management - Stationery Management, - Managing food requirements of guests Client Visit Management - Housekeeping & Security Staff attendance - External Vendor interaction - Access card activation / deactivation and issue - Preparing MIS of all the above works and reporting to Superior - Monitor office expenses and costs - Training Advertisement on every social media platforms in every alternate days. Key skills - Working knowledge of MS Office or database systems, Familiar with full-cycle recruiting. - Excellent planning and organizational skills. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks. - Strong work ethics. - Good time management skills. Ability to work independently.
