Roles & Responsibilities:-
• Direct and oversee the efficient operation of allocated functions such as Vendor Payment, Assets Handover & Services, information technology (including all office & Sites assets), planning of Vendor management, transport management, Site service & management, taking account of the organisation's operating environment.
• Bench employees count availibility as per requirement.
• Updation of personnel files & Master Data promptly within 6 days of occurrence of event.
• Data completion of Pending invoices for employees disbursement.
• Tracking all the incoming and outgoing on sites.
• Developmental activities given v/s completed.
• Site survey to be conducted every week for each site.
• Vendor & Employee grievance should resolve within 2 days .
• Employee Attendance Tracker on monthly basis.
