Admin Executive-Banking Specialist – Pico Capital 10.05.2026

Position Summary -We are seeking a deeply motivated individual who understands banking thoroughly and can handle IT and basic admin support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports managers and accounts & operations teams through day-to-day business. Has understanding of Internet services including leased lines, Firewall, Virus protection, Microsoft licenses, Nas Device, Online & offline Data backup. Is responsible for confidential and time sensitive material and is familiar with a variety of Banking and IT concepts, practices and procedures.

Responsibilities:
· Handling banking relations with RM's; coordinate with banks for account opening and modifications; managing KYC's, nominee updating, minimum Balance maintenance, limit setting for online banking, facilitating offline Bank services.
· Understanding and Checking Banking Terms & Conditions.
· IT infrastructure (servers, desktop, laptop, routers, keyboard, mouse, CPU) upkeep and understanding internet options – broadband, leased line, LAN connections
· Firewall, Bit Defender & Antivirus protections across all machines
· Camera & Smart Meter software understanding
· Generator and Fire alarms maintenance
· Microsoft, Tally, Mprofit, Ace equity software management
· Negotiations and vendor management; conduct procurement research and make comparison reports.
· Make and maintain various administrative dashboards and schedule weekly team meetings.
· Maintain all written correspondence with vendors/ services teams
· Develop and maintain a clean filing system.
· Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements via AMC'S; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
· Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
· Take accurate minutes of meetings.
· Handle and resolve all IT matters with assistance from our outsourced IT partner.
Skills Needed:
· Knowledge of Banking is a must. Efficient with office management systems and procedures. Having IT understanding is an added bonus.
· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong organizational and planning skills.
· Proficient in MS Office and Google.
· Graduate with at least 7 years of Admin experience with thorough banking knowledge.

Requirements:
· Proven admin experience. Work experience in Banking sector is a big plus. Minimum age of 30 years.
· Mumbai based candidates will be preferred. (Inclination towards ones residing within 30kms of Pico office).
· Candidate must mention their last drawn CTC.
· Work from office is a must, need to commute to the office daily. If not feasible kindly do not apply.
