1. Manage all the Administration related works on daily basis 2. Looking after day to day office activities, record attendance 3. Managing front desk along with dispatch & housekeeping staff and supplies 4. Taking Instructions from Branch Manager 5. Booking & Managing the Training, Meeting Programs and other official activities. 6. Maintenance, replacement & repaired office assets 7 Arrangements of all Stationary, House Keeping, Tea, Coffee, Snacks, lunch & First Aid 8.
Act as a central point of reference for internal and external queries, ensuring that messages are recorded and rep orted on in a timely manner, including contact with staff and managers 9.
Managing all out Office and Ad hoc activities.
Desired Profile
Language Preferences: 1. English & Hindi (For branches in North) 2. English, Hindi, Tamil & Malyalam (For branches in South ) 3. English, Hindi, Telugu & Kannada (For branches in South)
Experience 1- 4 Years Industry Type Education Functional Area Non-Academics Education Graduate in any discipline
