• Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handling the front office, answering phones and redirecting enquirers
• Keeping updating the records & files and monitoring the office expenses & costs.
• Providing administrative and support services.
• Organizing & storing the paperwork,documents & computer based information.
• Keeping the reception /entire building area tidy and observing professional etiquette.
• Scheduling and confirming the recruitment related appointments & meetings

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
