Responsibilities:

Excellent in MS Office (Advance Excel & Word).

Perfect in English Communication (Verbal/Written).

· Site Expense update as per coordination with the Site Supervisors and other site employee and submit the report for the same to the management on the daily basis.

· Resolution of any query related to site.

· Maintain Day book

· Letter drafting as per sir instruction.

· Preparation of the purchase order/quotation to the vendors and to deal with them regarding material purchase.

· Complete Working on MS- word & Excel
