Ability to work under pressure & should be able to handle store independently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
To check and receive purchased materials and to arrange for the storage in appropriate places.
To Make GRN in SAP System of daily basis
Forwarding of all invoices to Accounts dept for further processing.
To reserve a particular material for a specific job when so required.
To issue materials only in required quantities against authorised requisition notes/material lists.
To check the book balances, with the actual physical stock at frequent intervals
Follow up with the purchase department for Revise Bills from Vendor
To follow the FIFO policy in issue of material.
To ensure cleanliness of the Store Dept. and maintain necessary schedule.
Co-ordinate with accounts dept to maintain necessary audit report.
Manage the team (Support working) at store dept. i.e. leave approval etc.
