Role & Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities of the role are as follows:

Coordinate with clinic teams to ensure high quality experience is provided to all patients
Coordinate with all clinics:
For maintaining medicine inventory (from Order taking to delivery to the clinic) on monthly basis.
For maintaining Products inventory (from Order taking, to delivery and collection of payments) on monthly basis.
Coordinate with Accounts team to finalize monthly remittance statements and Income statements for each partner across Pan India.
Responsible for Data Management i.e. Doctors Agreements, Security Cheques and other documents
Maintain Partners contract renewal data in coordination with Operations team.
Assist in compiling and maintaining P&L of Franchise division
Responsible for preparing Review meeting reports (Daily, Weekly & Monthly)
Coordinate with franchise partners to make business plan and share progress information
Tracking and reporting competition in the market and taking appropriate actions to stay a step ahead
Coordinate with support functions at HO.
Skills:

Good Excel knowledge (Formula base)
Must be a smart individual with good common sense and solution oriented approach
Good in Power point presentation
Excellent communication skills language.
