Job Description
• Calendar Management – arrangement and coordinate as per availability
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings, conference calls, special events as when required.
• Travel arrangements (domestic and international), hotel booking, Visa processing, tour reports wherever necessary as per monthly appointment of the GC.
• Coordinating Video and Audio Conference Calls
• Claiming Expenses for Market risk officer and senior manager's expenses.
• Analysing & clearing payment of the third-party Invoices and Vender bills.
• Provide office administration, planning and other relevant support to the reporting manager and team Location: Nariman Point, Churchgate,
