Job Description
• Take charge of collating HDB reports, including arrears and utilities.
• Supervise administrative teams responsible for site operations and administrative tasks.
• Assist in compiling any necessary HDB reports from various sites.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding matters related to linkfm.
• Keep track of vendor invoices and statements of account, coordinating with the site team as needed.
• Manage all audit documentation.
• Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and guidebooks.
• Stay informed about the latest circulars and notices, ensuring compliance with changing authority requirements.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with ECO (SP) requirements for all facilities.
• Provide support for any additional tasks as assigned.
• Raise and track client billings for IREM sites when required
