Time: 11am-7pm
Salary: INR25,000-35,000 per month (plus, benefits)
Job Requirement
Logistical Roles:
a. Basic budgeting and expense forecasting
b. Record keeping through excel sheet
c. Assisting and maintaining track of expenses and income for accounts
d. Researching and presenting cost-benefit analysis
e. Managing school events, school processes
f. Develop processes, training, and quality checks for all support and maintenance functions
Managerial Roles:
a. Front desk role of managing guests, admission inquiries, etc
b. Maintain data for attendance, leaves, salary, payments, admission fees, etc
c. Purchase of items for the centre’s use
d. Use online management web applications for managing functions of staffing, materials, etc
e. Manage communications with parents via emails, calls and social media
f. Organize and schedule programmes in consultation with team members
g. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
h. Develop and maintain a filing system together with managing work procurement
i. Update and maintain office policies, procedures, contact lists and enquiry database
j. Manage the housekeeping team ensuring the best upkeep of the centre
k. Provide general support to visitors
l. Provide customer service to both vendors and internal stakeholders
m. Perform basic office management duties (market analysis, competitor benchmarking etc.)
