About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Admin & Support Coordination to join our growing team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with a background in NDIS, administration, and support coordination who thrives in a dynamic and supportive environment.

This role will involve a combination of administrative duties, data entry, client communication, and support coordination tasks. You will be the first point of contact for clients and stakeholders, helping to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

General office administration and data entry

Answering inbound calls and making outbound follow-ups

Support Coordinators with case management and documentation

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date participant records

Liaising with participants, service providers, and internal teams

Ensuring compliance with NDIS standards and internal procedures

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role

✅ Previous experience in the NDIS sector, preferably in a Support Coordination or administrative role

✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

✅ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

✅ Strong attention to detail and time management

✅ A friendly, professional, and compassionate approach

✅ Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

✅ NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
