**Administration and Accounts**- Career Opportunity- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Invoicing- IT Services, hardware and software- Suit Bookkeeper or Office Admin or Accountant- Advance your knowledge of Technology- Port Melbourne Location- Immediate Start**Your role as Office Admin**:This is an exciting opportunity for an **energetic**, pro-active person to manage and co-ordinate all aspects of client support and contact with the business. _**You will have experience with accounts and dealing with clients.**_ Also experience working in the I.T. industry will be beneficial. You will be working in a relaxed, friendly and professional environment.**Details of the role include**:- Managing accounts- Accounts Receivable / Payable- General Ledger- GST/BAS- EOM accounts- Administration duties- Response to client issues- Sending out invoices- Working with Internal Systems- Responding to incoming client calls- Learning about I.T. and usThis role requires exceptional customer service, confidence in answering calls, accuracy and proficiency in using computers and Xero software. Experience with Xero would be desirable but not essential. The Grid promotes a professional and positive environment where teamwork is essential.Training will also be made available for the successful applicant where required. The successful applicant will report to Manager when required to ensure the smooth running of the business and other administrative requirements.**What you need to have**:- Experience in dealing with clients, especially on the phone- Experience with Accounts and accounting systems- Minumum Certificate in Accounting- Minimum of 3 years experience accounting/bookkeeping- Time management skills- Multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills- **Preferably previous experience working for an IT services company**_- Exposure to MS Office and Xero Accounting software- Attention to detail is importantSo if you are a well presented, articulate person with a positive attitude, who enjoys being at the center of a fast moving professional environment - this is for you!**Who are you working for**:A company that believes its greatest strength is its staff and the culture that exudes within it.
