We are seeking a proactive and experienced Admin Executive cum Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills, proficiency in Tally and Excel, and have experience in guest handling and floor management.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and provide them with a warm welcome
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
Maintain a neat and professional reception area
Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of courier and other deliveries
Manage office supplies, including inventory and procurement
Maintain records in Tally and Excel
Manage daily administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry
Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings
Provide support to other departments as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
At least 2 years of experience as an Admin Executive cum Receptionist
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Tally and Excel
Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience in guest handling and floor management
