About The Role

As a pivotal member of our team, the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant ensures the daily flow of our office operations runs effortlessly. You will be the first point of contact, managing the front desk, handling phone inquiries, and welcoming visitors.

This Is a Part Time Role Of 25 Hours Per Week (Monday To Friday) And May Suit Someone Who Is Looking To Work With School Hours. Your Role Will Extend Beyond The Front Desk, Providing Essential Support For Our Engineering Operations Through Various Administrative Tasks. You’ll Play a Crucial Role In Assisting The Engineering Management Team. Responsibilities Include:

Front Desk Management: Greet visitors with a warm welcome, manage phone calls, and ensure the front desk operations are seamless.
Office Operations: Handle daily administrative tasks with efficiency and precision, contributing to the overall smooth functioning of the office.
Engineering Support: Assist with various administrative duties that support our engineering operations and provide essential aid to the Engineering Management team.
Flexible Assistance: Step in as needed to backfill the Engineering Support Administrator role, demonstrating your versatility and commitment to team success.
