• Arrangements of transport for Guests/ visitors /Customers
• Maintenance of all company vehicles and related records.
• To ensure availability of tea, refreshments /lunch/dinner etc for guests/ visitors /customers/employees
• To ensure availability of good quality food in canteen.
• Verification of administration related bills and getting them approved.
• Coordinate with Internal departments.
• Maintaining and issue of Stationary.
• Checking of third party vendor bills
